The service at check-in was warm and welcoming, but the
overall experience was slightly marred by a musty smell in my initial room. The staff were quick to upgrade me, and the new room was beautifully decorated. The breakfast had plenty of options, though the variety didn’t change much during my stay.

spacious room, breathtaking city skyline views, luxurious sauna experience
Paying three separate times when using a debit card before check-out feels unnecessary!!! The bath and sauna facilities could use a bit more upkeep for a hotel of this stature!!!

I loved the spacious Deluxe King Room, decorated nicely with a comfortable bed and quality linens. The separate shower and soaking tub were a nice touch, though I missed bath salts that some other hotels provide. The gym on the top floor impressed me with its state-of-the-art equipment, and I enjoyed the luxury of the heated rooftop pool, especially on colder days. The staff were quite attentive, helping me secure a reservation at a Michelin-starred restaurant via email before my arrival. The location is remarkable, just two blocks from Zhongshan MRT station, making it easy to explore the city. However, a few things could improve my stay. The breakfast options felt repetitive during my visit, with negligible variation except for the rice congee. Also, I wish the gym and bath areas were open 24 hours. they closed overnight, which limited my schedule. Additionally, communication among staff could be better, as I had to repeat my requests multiple times. Despite these issues, the overall quality made my stay enjoyable, and I'd consider returning.

The room was fantastic! The views of the city were breathtaking, especially at sunset. The staff treated us with great respect and personalized our check-in experience, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. Breakfast offered an impressive selection of dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented.
However, there were minor delays during peak breakfast hours that could be improved.

I had a wonderful stay where I loved relaxing in the sauna and taking a dip in the rooftop pool with gorgeous city views. The room was spacious, clean, and had a really comfy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Just a small thing was that the water temperature in the shower fluctuated occasionally, but overall it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊
